Direct guidance
What to know or do
Choose a stable low-impact activity instead. Do not use prior skill as proof that another jumper, equipment failure or a changing centre of balance cannot cause injury.
What changes the answer
- Your previous experience, current pregnancy and any clinical restriction
- Fall, collision, overheating, altitude and breath-holding risk
- Pain, bleeding, dizziness, contractions, fluid loss or breathlessness during activity

When to get individual help
Choose a lower-risk alternative when possible. If the exposure already happened, record the product, amount, timing and symptoms and ask for advice instead of assuming harm.
