Use a soft toothbrush and arrange dental care for sore or swollen gums. For a nosebleed, sit forward and pinch the soft nose; seek help if it will not stop.

  • Severity, pattern, one-sided symptoms and accompanying bleeding, fever or fluid loss
  • Pregnancy week, baby movement and relevant conditions or medicines
